Foreman / Crew Leader

Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable, experienced Foreman / Crew Leader to direct day-to-day jobsite operations and manage field crews. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, trade mastery across multiple disciplines, and a commitment to quality craftsmanship and jobsite safety.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead daily jobsite activities and manage crew members to maintain project schedules and high craftsmanship standards.

Oversee and execute work across framing, drywall, flooring, trim work, doors, windows, siding, soffit, fascia, gutters, sheathing, and tile.

Read and interpret building designs, blueprints, and project specifications.

Ensure strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols and company safety guidelines.

Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills to address unexpected field conditions on the fly.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Proven experience leading a construction crew and managing people effectively.

Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle.

No substance abuse issues (strict zero-tolerance policy).

Must possess personal hand tools, including a tool belt.

Ability to lift 50+ lbs, work comfortably at heights on ladders and scaffolding, and work in varied weather conditions.

Compensation & Position Details:

Pay Rate: Starts at $30.00 / hour

Schedule:

Full-Time (up to 40 hours/week)

Weekly pay via Direct Deposit options

Probationary Period: 90 days

Skilled Laborer

Job Description:

We are looking for a hard-working, dependable Skilled Laborer to join our field crew. Whether you have hands-on trades experience or a strong work ethic and eagerness to learn, this role offers hands-on experience across every phase of construction.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with jobsite tasks involving framing, drywall, flooring, trim work, doors, windows, siding, soffit, fascia, gutters, sheathing, and tile.

Takes initiative to stay productive while on the clock (e.g. cleaning / organizing the site)

Follow safety protocols and maintain clean, organized jobsites.

Take direction from crew leadership and learn new trade skills on active job sites.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Prior experience desired, but willing to train candidates who demonstrate a strong work ethic, punctuality, and a desire to learn.

Basic math skills and full proficiency reading a tape measure. Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle.

No substance abuse issues (strict zero-tolerance policy).

Must possess basic personal hand tools and a tool belt.

Ability to lift 50+ lbs, work comfortably at heights on ladders and scaffolding, and work outdoors in all weather conditions.
